The Antigua Boat Sheds is a fully licensed venue with a marquee and barbeque available for summer parties and private functions from November - February
We cater up to:
- 60 people at the boat sheds for finger food
- 50 people for a relaxing barbeque on the deck

Terms and Conditions
Hire Charge: $200.00 + GST

Conditions of Hire:
- Management will be present on the premises at all times
- Loud music will not be played after 12 midnight
- No alcohol will be served after 12 midnight
- Staples, pins, nails et cetera may not be driven into wall surfaces
- You are welcome to supply and decorate the venue to your choice
- Boatshed building and canopy area are SMOKEFREE
- All functions must conclude by 12.30am
- Minimum number of people 30
- Maximum with the canopy 50 people (depending on the type of function)
- Payments must be paid in full, on the day
- Cancellation must be 10 days prior to the date booked. If cancellation is not received by this time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150 + GST.
- Confirmation of numbers needs to be given no less than 4 days prior to the function
- Deposit of $100 + GST required 2 weeks before the function. This will be deducted from the total owing on the night.
Corkage:
- $5.00 + GST per person for BYO
- Wine, beer and RTDs May be purchased from us at our standard price
- You must choose BYO or Alcohol; we do not allow a mix of both.
Menus:
- We have planned set menus and finger food ideas available. These are only a guideline and variations are welcome.
